The foundation of the BLAZE program is based helping our clients gain an understanding of how to establish clear and achievable professional goals. It is well known that goal setting is very important when it comes to building the career you envision. Our advisors work to understand each client’s unique career aspirations and interests and help them create a specific and detailed framework that they will use as a roadmap to move forward in their career pursuits. If you are not a goal setter we will help you learn how to become one.

Our clients range from college students in the early stages of their internship search, college graduates just starting out in the workforce trying to find their first job, to young professionals making their first or second professional job transition. We find that our clients benefit most from engaging with a BLAZE advisor in the early stages of their internship or job search however we also help those that are actively engaged in the interview process.

Yes all sessions are conducted via virtual zoom sessions.

BLAZE Next Generation Career Coaching offers three programs – Spark, Kindle, Blaze. All programs are interactive with both client and BLAZE advisor working both during and in between sessions over the course of three to six sessions. The entire program takes three to six weeks depending on the tempo and preference of the client.

We offer a 30 minute complimentary introductory zoom session to understand the needs of each client and answer any questions regarding how our programs work.
